Finally I got to try it last weekend and ya it's repetitive, but I realized it allows for some storytelling, and adds more winter activities for your sims.
I like the BB and CAS, and I love skiing, BUT a pack that centered around skiing that doesn't even focus on skiing and makes skiing a lifeless chore just didn't sit right with me. I watched let's plays, I've seen the trailers, and the livestreams, all of which discouraged me from getting the pack. The Sims 4: Snowy Escape pack provides players with a stylish and practical collection of CAS items, ideal for sims who are ready to conquer the snowy mountain. The Build Buy stuff are so cute and it follows well with the European and English vibes from Uni and Get Together (packs I use all the time). It gives a challenge to gardening which I've wanted for ages. So I own Cottage Living and I tried both Eco and the ski pack during their trial periods.Ĭottage living expands well on the base game.
